Initial Consultation - 15 mins - FREE

Initial Intake - 60-90 mins - $250

Follow-up Sessions - 50-60 mins - $220

Dr. Price is currently an in-network provider with Regence, Asuris Northwest Health, Premera, BCBS, First Choice Health and Healthcare Management Administrators. We are an out-of-network provider with other insurance companies. 

We can provide you with a detailed invoice (AKA a "superbill") following each session if you wish to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. 

NOTE: Many plans have out-of-network (OON) benefits. Please check your summary of benefits or contact your insurance provider to ask how much your plan reimburses for OON therapy sessions. 

Fees are paid in full at the time of service.

Credit card on file is charged for the full fee at the time of service. For those utilizing insurance, we can help you figure out your out of pocket expenses ahead of your session with us. This will be due at the time of service.

We also accept cash or checks.

A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for any changes to your appointment time. Cancellations and reschedules within the 24-hour window are charged at the full session rate.
